To qualify, nominees should work or live in the Greater Racine area, and be employed in a professional capacity on at least a 30 hours per week basis. We are looking for individuals that best represent the Young Professionals of Racine and the motto “Connect, grow, succeed, have fun!”

Not only should the candidate have already achieved success both professionally and in the community, but more importantly, they have the capability to contribute to the future of Racine. YPR members and non-members will be equally considered. Current board members are not eligible.

Finalists will be notified February 27 and selection of the YPR Person of the Year will take place by March 23. The Selection Committee will review all nominations and may request personal interviews, appearances or additional information as a part of the process. The winner will be presented at the RAMAC Business Awards Ceremony scheduled for April.
